Since 2016, the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship Fund has been empowering Latino youth through culinary education and mentorship in an effort to diversify leadership in the kitchen. This year we are expanding our impact through humanitarian services which include improving food access, nutrition education, and crisis feeding initiatives.

Aarón Sánchez is a proud Latino from El Paso, Texas, who is an award-winning chef, entrepreneur, author, TV personality, and philanthropist. He is passionate about preserving his family’s legacy through food and encouraging diversity in the kitchen.
Crista Aladjadjian is a proud Latina-Armenian from Los Angeles, California. After over a decade of running some of the top restaurants and kitchens across America, she has become one of the culinary industry’s leaders in branding and marketing.
